Radamés Marín was born in the city of Ponce, Puerto Rico and is currently living in the city of San Juan. Radamés holds a bachelors degree in general science from the University of Puerto Rico and acquired a Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico in the year 2001. In the following year, Radamés started out practicing private law and his alleys of expertise were the fields of  civil and criminal law.
